-When will my order ship?

All orders with in stock items are shipped within 2 business days.

-Can I preorder a canvas? When will it ship?

Yes, you can preorder a canvas. Shipping will be within 2 business days of us receiving pre order shipment. Pre orders can take up to 15 weeks to be delivered to us. 

-Can you special order a canvas for me?

Yes, we can special order a canvas. Reach out and we will see what we can do!

-If I choose to have my canvas "kitted", what does it include?

"Kitted" canvases will come with all the necessary thread colors, needle, and needle threader. Please note that we choose what color we think is best for each canvas. There are no refunds or exchanges if you do not like the colors chosen.

-Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

-Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We do not offer cancellations. This policy allows us to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you would like to add to your order, reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. 

-What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of needlepoint we do not accept returns.

-What if my items are damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at ridgelinecollectiveal@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery.
